Your First Visit
When you arrive, our front desk team will greet you, and you’ll be given some paperwork to complete. Then we’ll call you back to our treatment area. Our team will examine your mouth and capture any X-rays that might be needed. Once we’ve gathered all of the information, we will explain our findings to you. If there are any treatments that may be necessary to protect your oral health, we will let you know and help you make the needed arrangements.
New Dental Patient Forms
Before we can move forward with your first appointment, we will ask you to fill out a few forms. This is to help ensure that we have all the relevant information about your oral and overall health history. That way, when begin our examination of your smile, we will already know what we should keep an eye out for. Remember that if you need help completing your paperwork, you can always talk to one of our team members.
